Is my payment information secure?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods at checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

To ensure we can source your individual watch parts as quickly as possible, we begin our procurement process shortly after an order is placed.

  • Within 24 Hours: You may modify or cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
  • After 24 Hours: Once this window passes, we have already committed to and purchased the specific materials for your build. At this stage, orders can no longer be modified or canceled, as the parts are being individually sourced and prepared for your unique timepiece.

We recommend double-checking your specifications and shipping details before finalising your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. Free shipping across Australia. 

How long does delivery take?

At Solaire Mods, we prioritise precision over speed. Unlike mass-produced brands, we do not ship from pre-built inventory. Each timepiece is a unique build that follows a dedicated two-step process:

  1. Individual Sourcing: Once you order, we source each specific component—from the movement to the custom dial—from our specialist suppliers. Assembly only begins once every part arrives and passes inspection.

  2. Hand-Built Calibration: Your watch is then hand-assembled and undergoes rigorous quality standards, including time-calibration and pressure testing.

This "build-to-order" approach ensures your watch is crafted specifically for you, resulting in a superior product that is worth the extra time.

Warranty

What is your return policy?

All of our watches are covered by a 1 year warranty for issues related to the movement or craftsmanship. If you experience issues with your watch, we will happily repair the watch free of charge.

If you are outside of the warranty period, we are still available to help you diagnose and repair any issues you may have. Just reach out to us via email!

Where are you located?

We are located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. 

Do you have a physical location?

We are an e-commerce only business, with no plans for opening a physical location.

To maintain a secure and focused environment for our watchmakers, our workshop is not open to the public. For this reason, we are unable to offer local pick-up or in-person visits. All orders are dispatched via our secure courier service directly to your provided shipping address to ensure safe and tracked delivery of your timepiece.
